Where We Ship

Rosalie Bags currently ships to residential and commercial addresses within the United States. We’re not yet able to deliver to destinations outside the U.S., though we’re actively working on expanding our shipping coverage.

Shipping Rates

Our Standard Shipping rates are simple:

  • Orders under $250.00 USD: a flat rate of $20.00 USD

Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete payment, so there are never any surprises at the last step.

Daily Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT-07:00) on a business day typically begin processing that same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are queued to begin processing the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed. During this window, our team verifies payment, reviews the order for accuracy, carefully packages each bag, and hands it off to the shipping carrier.

During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sale events, processing may occasionally take a little longer than usual.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3 to 6 business days, depending on your destination and the carrier handling the shipment. Weather and regional service disruptions can occasionally affect this window.

Total Delivery Estimate

Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days from the date the order is placed, combining both processing and transit time. These estimates are provided as a general guide and are not a guaranteed delivery date.

What Counts as a Business Day

A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by Rosalie Bags or by the shipping carrier handling your order.

We select the carrier best suited to your destination to help ensure reliable, efficient delivery.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your bag is on its way, you’ll typically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 to 48 hours. You can also check your shipment’s status anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests made before your order enters fulfillment will be reviewed and accommodated where possible. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed off to the carrier, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional shipping fee may apply before we can reship your order.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, check around your delivery area (porches, mailrooms, with neighbors) and allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers mark items delivered slightly early. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact our support team and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate. Any resolution will follow our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Shipping Delays

Delivery schedules can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or public holidays. If we’re aware of a delay affecting your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Lost Packages

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, let us know and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Any resolution will be determined once that investigation concludes, in line with our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

If your bag arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually before we determine the best resolution.

Multiple-Item Shipments

If your order includes more than one bag, items may occasionally ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You’ll receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During major holidays and high-demand periods, order volumes across the shipping industry increase, which can affect processing and transit times. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders a little earlier than usual during these periods.
